This is our Frequently Asked Questions page where we have hoped to have answered any questions you may have especially about our processing time and delivery days, shipping fees etc.

Processing & Delivery

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email and during this time your order will begin being processed and once shipped, a tracking number shall be sent to your email so you may track your item.

Processing Time : 1 - 3 days

Local Delivery Time : 2 - 3 days

International Delivery Time: 2 - 7 days

Our shipping days are on Tuesday & Friday.

Shipping fees are calculated by postal code/zip code and is at the discretion of the shipping company.


 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return with proof of damage which should be sent via email.

Unfortunately, we do not give refunds but are willing to exchange items which remain in its original packaging and proven to be unworn or tampered with.
